RETURNS / REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible, please make sure:

  • Your request must be within 30 days since the date you placed your order
  • Your item(s) must be unused & in the same condition that you received them
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST

  • Please email us at info@origintea.com with a copy of your receipt, stating your request & invoice number.
  • Send your items to:

  • Once your item(s) are received & inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • For return requests, refunds or store credits will be issued within 7 days to the account used for the original transaction.
  • For exchange requests, we will send your items within 7 days.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please a trackable shipping service to ensure your items will reach us. 

Non-returnable items

Sale items & gift cards cannot be refunded or credited.
Only regular-priced items will be refunded.
