We ship all our e-Commerce orders directly from our HQ warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

Freight is via courier and payable by the customer unless the customer is eligible for a special offer.
If no one is home to receive the parcel, you will get a card in your mailbox.

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
