Sugar Free Caffeine Free Natural Chai Latte

I am writing to express my
dissatisfaction with your product, which was advertised as "sugar-free." I purchased this product with the expectation of enjoying the natural taste of chai, free from added sugars Unfortunately, I was left disappointed as the overwhelming sweetness from natural sweeteners completely overpowered the intended flavor,
I find this misleading, as the product does not align with what I, as a consumer, reasonably expected based on the labelling.

Was looking forward to trying this chai, what a disappointment.
When I opened the pack, the smell was wrong, didn’t smell anything close to chai
Then I tasted it, one mouthful , what a horrid taste, there is nothing natural about this chai
Threw the whole pack out
Don’t normally write reviews but for this product I had to write one
Did no one taste test before putting on shelf
What a waste of money and I had to go and wash my teeth and gargle to get rid of the taste

I was excited to try this and made it with excitement but the smell of the pack should have been a clue if will turn out gross. It literally tastes like sick vomit . Straight in the trash

The taste of this product sets off self-preservation alarm bells via my tastebuds. I am not being facetious. There is something terribly wrong with this product. I'm disappointed that I'm disappointed, as I had very wrongly and pre-emptively written a mental love story about this tea and me. Unfortunately, we are not to be. (My senses are still reeling from whatever is responsible for that pervasive, melted-plastic-style assault. This is, disappointingly, oh, so very "NO!". 😥)

If you like the feel of grit and the taste you get in your mouth after you vomit then buy this tea. Stick to Arkadia.

I didn’t like the taste at all and I’m not normally fussy.. it’s has a strong coconut taste, it’s almost oily in texture and also extremely gritty, also sugar sweetness is so overpowering and leaves a awful after taste
