Sugar Free Caffeine Free Natural Chai Latte

Purchased this today after previously buying and liking the sticky chai. I prepared it the same evening - immediately I could smell a chemically, soapy smell.
I added the milk and the smell remained and it tasted the same. I couldn’t have more than a sip before tipping it out.
Do not buy - you are better off buying the sticky chai.

I was looking forward to this Chai. Have never been more disappointed. I agree with other reviews I have now read. It tastes off. There is something not right with this product, it tastes rancid. It does not smell pleasant. I am throwing it out.

Taste so horrible. Literally like soap. Don't know how the **** this product made it onto the shelves. Save your money. PLEASE

My title says it all. $7 wasted after only 1 cup. I have previously tried the Natural Chai latte and it was much better. Even when using a strainer though after steeping it is still very gritty.

I am writing to express my
dissatisfaction with your product, which was advertised as "sugar-free." I purchased this product with the expectation of enjoying the natural taste of chai, free from added sugars Unfortunately, I was left disappointed as the overwhelming sweetness from natural sweeteners completely overpowered the intended flavor,
I find this misleading, as the product does not align with what I, as a consumer, reasonably expected based on the labelling.

Was looking forward to trying this chai, what a disappointment.
When I opened the pack, the smell was wrong, didn’t smell anything close to chai
Then I tasted it, one mouthful , what a horrid taste, there is nothing natural about this chai
Threw the whole pack out
Don’t normally write reviews but for this product I had to write one
Did no one taste test before putting on shelf
What a waste of money and I had to go and wash my teeth and gargle to get rid of the taste
